Content

This is an online seminar for a general introduction to the European Commission’s funding conditions for non-European projects under the various valid programs of European Commission’s Directorate-General for International Partnerships (DG INTPA), DG Enlargement and Eastern Neighbourhood (DG ENEST) and DG MENA (Middle East, North Africa and the Gulf)

  • INTPA‘s current grant funding instrument
  • Overview of the EU tendering procedure for grants: “Call for Proposals”
  • Funding requirements for applicants and their partners
  • Sources of information for planned calls for proposals
  • Guidelines for the calls for proposals (“Guidelines”)
  • Possible stakeholders and actors in the project
  • PADOR, the digital funding portal for applicants and partners and the Funding&Tender Portal

Target group

This training is for employees of non-governmental organizations and municipalities, especially for those based in the Global South who would like to learn more about the application process and the framework conditions for grant funding and who have little or no experience with it. Please feel free to forward this invitation to your local partners.

Information

The seminar is free of charge and will be held in English.

Please note that the capacity of the web seminar is limited. We reserve the right to admit only one person per NGO/municipality in the event of overbooking.

It is recommended that you participate using a laptop or PC, as the display on smartphones or tablets is less suitable due to the smaller screen size.

It is important that you have a working camera and audio, so that you can actively take part in the discussions.
